This spreadsheet only works using Google because it uses Google Maps to automatically calculate mileage between addresses. To use:

  1. Log in to your Google account.

  2. Click on the link above.

  3. Click File, then Make a Copy to put the file into your own account.

  4. Click on the Addresses tab at the bottom. Change the first entry to your home address.

  5. Most schools we go to are already included, but add any other addresses you want, such as a work address or meeting location, in that tab.

  6. Enter dates by typing the date or by double-clicking to bring up a calendar pop-up.

  7. Click the arrow in the From and To columns to select an address.

  8. Each round-trip will use two lines.

  9. Totals for mileage (and tolls in dollars and cents, if used) is at the top of the spreadsheet.
